Our website also allows you to provide us with feedback on our services.    To the right at the bottom of this page is a green oval with the word  Support. Click on the oval and complete all of the fields presented.  By inserting your zip code the software system knows how to direct the information and which of the Community Alliance employees should respond to the support request.  All feedback will come into our Customer Service and Consumer Advocate desk and to the Executive Director.  By using your email address you will get a response within 24 hours Monday – Friday.  The system will not allow you to use this service without an email address.  If you’d like to phone in a complaint, you can call our receptionist at 734-482-3300 and she will complete a complaint on your behalf.  She will not, however, be able to manage the complaint once it is in the system.  She would not be the person to follow up with on any feedback entered into this system.
